Personal data (DCP) such as: name, surname, telephone number and mailing address and others contained in communications between the parties, information, notifications, complaints, requests, offers and other information about products and services, payments, deliveries, etc., in electronic or printed form, shall be deemed to be given freely, explicitly, unequivocally and expressly by the data subjects pursuant to Law 677/2001 and Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the processing of DCP, whether the data respectively have been requested by the operator or made available on his own initiative by the data subjects.
FADs will be processed only for the purposes for which they were made available by the data subjects for the period necessary to fulfill those purposes and will not be disclosed to any natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body that does not have authority to perform these purposes.
As a data subject you have the right to:
- to request from us, access to the personal data provided, rectification or deletion thereof or restriction of processing or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability;
- to withdraw your consent at any time, but the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal is not affected;
- to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
