HISTORY

We were established in 2005 with the mission to offer brands efficient solutions, with impact and relevance in the points of contact with consumers.

We have evolved in the most dynamic retail market in Eastern Europe, in a highly competitive environment, Romania being a constant presence in the top 30 GRDI. Each project helped us develop our experience in customized retail solutions and each client challenged us to add new skills.

We currently produce POSM materials, signage and commercial furniture for top brands on 5 continents.

THE PRESENT

After an investment of over 2 million EURO, in August 2020 we moved to a new location that allows us to increase production capacity by up to 250%. The new location consists of 2100 sqm of production and storage space and 400 sqm of office space. This allows us to have dedicated teams for:

  • design

  • engineering
  • prototyping
  • delivery and/or installation

THE NEW FACTORY

The new plant operates in full compliance with REACH regulations.

Green energy and environmental protection:

  • heating and cooling are 100% environmentally friendly with the water-to-water heat pump system;
  • the leftover material from production (wood and plastic) is shredded and used as an alternative source of heating in the cold season;
  • indoor and outdoor lighting is with LED sources;
  • 40% of the total perimeter (2800sqm) is used for green space;
  • 300 m of green fence and 60 medium-sized trees.

CNC Router

Engraving and mechanical cutting in plastic plates (Acrylic, PVC, Polycarbonate, HIPS, etc.) and wood (chipboard, MDF, glued panels, etc.). Maximum dimensions of materials processing: 3000x2000mm, 4000x2000mm.

CNC Laser

Engraving and fine cutting in acrylic boards, MDF, etc. Maximum materials processing dimensions: 900x1200mm, 1000x1600mm.

Flatbed printer

Prints on rigid materials (glass, acrylic boards, PVC boards, chipboard, MDF, etc.), quality 1440x720dpi. Maximum materials processing dimensions: 3000x2000mm.

Large format printer

Prints on flexible roll materials (sticker, paper, etc.) in the quality of 1440x720dpi. Possibility of matt or glossy lamination. Maximum printing width: 1600mm.

Thermoforming

We have 2 machines for processing plastics (PET, acrylic, HIPS, etc.) by heating and vacuuming on the mold. The molds are made internally by CNC processing. Maximum dimensions of finished parts: 300x320mm, 900x900mm.

Painting booth

Painting parts in a pressurized cabin, with controlled temperature.

Edge polishing

Grinding the edges of acrylic materials with diamond knives. They can be sanded both straight and at angles between 0 and 45 degrees.

Processing composite boards

We have equipment for processing composite slabs by heating, hot forming, grinding, etc. Areas of use: kitchen ponds, bathroom sinks, sinks, furniture items, etc.
